Myriad Genetics completed the acquisition of Gateway Genomics for $67.5m.

Myriad Genetics, a provider of genetic testing and precision medicine, completed the acquisition of Gateway Genomics, a personal genomics company and developer of consumer genetic tests, for $67.5m. “We are thrilled to join Myriad to benefit from their experience and infrastructure, accelerating the commercial expansion of our tests.
