Abacus Investments completed the acquisition of Network Controls & Electric.

Abacus Investments, a lower middle-market focused private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Network Controls & Electric, a full-service provider of structured cabling, outside plant, wireless, access controls, surveillance systems, communications and technology infrastructure.
