Cornell Capital and TorQuest Partners completed the investment in Quad-C-backed S.i. Systems.

Cornell Capital, a private equity firm, and TorQuest Partners, a Canada-based private equity firm, completed the investment in Quad-C-backed S.i. Systems, a provider of information technology staffing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This partnership will provide S.i.
