Echo Global Logistics, a technology-enabled transportation and supply chain management services provider, agreed to acquire Fastmore Logistics, a transportation broker. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We're excited to continue investing in industry growth opportunities, especially since going private with the Jordan Company almost one year ago.
