Next Century Spirits completed the acquisition of XED Beverages from Surround Ventures.

Next Century Spirits, an operator of a distilled spirits company, completed the acquisition of XED Beverages, an operator of a beverage platform intended to sell cocktail products, from Surround Ventures, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of XED Beverages is another positive step in the growth of our portfolio.
