Combs Enterprises to acquire three markets assets from Columbia Care and Cresco for $185m.

Combs Enterprises, a diverse portfolio of businesses and investments, agreed to acquire three markets assets from Columbia Care, a cultivator, manufacturer and provider of medical and adult use cannabis products, and Cresco, a vertically integrated multi-state operator and wholesaler of branded cannabis, for $185m. “These assets offer the Combs’ team significant market presence, enabling them to make the most impact on the industry as a whole.
