Carlyle-backed CNSI to merge with Kepro.

Synopsis

Carlyle-backed CNSI, a provider of innovative healthcare technology products and solutions, agreed to merge with Kepro, a provider of technology-enabled care management, quality oversight, and clinical assessment services. Apax Partners will be exiting its investment in Kepro through this transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The combination of CNSI and Kepro aligns with the strategic objectives of both companies to deploy technology-enabled products, solutions, and services that help our clients achieve their mission and better serve their priority populations.
