Santander Consumer Bank to acquire MCE Bank from Mitsubishi.

Santander Consumer Bank, a German Credit Institution, agreed to acquire MCE Bank, a provider of comprehensive financial services in the automotive sector and IT services for car dealers in Germany, from Mitsubishi, Japan's largest general trading company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
