NB Renaissance, a private equity general partner firm, agreed to invest in Neopharmed, a provider of research, development and distribution of medicines. Ardian reinvests and together with NB Renaissance, jointly holding a majority stake with equal shares. Mediolanum Farmaceutici will maintain a significant stake in the company.
