Valmet, a company that supplies technologies, automation solutions, and other services, completed the acquisition of the process solutions business of NovaTech Automation, a provider of automation and engineering solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “NovaTech Automation’s process solutions offering complements Valmet’s existing automation offering and industry reach.
