Blackstone Credit-backed ClearGen, a renewable energy company, and Goldman Sachs’ Asset Management, an investment company, completed the acquisition of 25 wind farms, from MUFG, a financial holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ClearGen is excited to provide a unique solution to MUFG by utilizing Blackstone Credit’s efficient cost of capital and the partnership with Goldman.
