Triple Flag completed the acquisition of Maverix Metals for $606m.

Triple Flag, a pure play, gold-focused, streaming and royalty company, completed the acquisition of Maverix Metals, a clean-tech metals recycling company, for $606m. “The merger of Maverix and Triple Flag represents that rare opportunity to combine the best with the best.
