Partners Group to acquire a majority stake in Cloudflight from Deutsche Beteiligungs in a €400m deal.

Partners Group, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Cloudflight, a software developer, from Deutsche Beteiligungs, a private equity firm, in a €400m ($414m) deal. After a period of growth, we are now looking to continue this exciting journey and also explore further geographic possibilities beyond the DACH region and into other high-growth European markets.
