Compagnie Nationale à Portefeuille and Sienna Private Equity to acquire a majority stake in ECT Group from Chequers Capital.

Compagnie Nationale à Portefeuille, a mid-market investment company, and Sienna Private Equity, agreed to acquire a majority stake in ECT Group, a company specialized in the upcycling of inert soils, from Chequers Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Mainly active in France, ECT Group aims to expand its geographical footprint under the Landify brand through its subsidiaries in Germany, Switzerland and the USA.
