Swegon, a company which develops, manufactures and markets products and solutions in the field of indoor environment, completed the acquisition of Samp, a modular air handling unit manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Samp is a highly regarded manufacturer of AHUs, well-known for their high product quality.
