Powerbridge Technologies, a provider of multi-industry technology solutions, completed the acquisition of a 19% stake in DTI Group, a technology company specializing in international trade digitalization and platforms. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see that the market demand for international trade digitalization is growing rapidly.
