Park Lawn to acquire Jacoby.

Park Lawn, a provider of goods and services associated with the disposition and memorialization of human remains, agreed to acquire Jacoby, a company consist of two stand-alone funeral homes and one stand-alone cemetery. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to continue our strategic growth in the west by entering into a new market in southeast Wyoming with the Jacoby businesses.
