BST completed the acquisition of Larm & Teletjänst.

BST, a designer of fire sprinklers and protection systems, completed the acquisition of Larm & Teletjänst, a provider of fire and security services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have long had in-depth collaborations with several of the companies within the BST group, which is why we feel secure in becoming part of the group and part of a larger context. It will be exciting to take the next step in the development of our business, while at the same time we feel that we can contribute a lot of expertise within the BST group," Anders Kullberg, Larm & Teletjänst CEO.
