Miura Partners-backed Proclinic, a distributor of odontology products, completed the acquisition of Meditrans, a distributor of dental equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction represents the consolidation of our company in the European dental sector thanks to an increase in our logistics capabilities and access to key international geographies.
