Gruppo Martini to acquire Malocco Vittorio & Figli, Agri Service and Pollo Piave.

Gruppo Martini, an Italian multinational alcoholic beverage company primarily, agreed to acquire Malocco Vittorio & Figli, a producer of processed poultry meat products, and two firms companies active respectively in the wholesale trading and processing sectors of poultry and wild animals, Agri Service and Pollo Piave. Financial terms were not disclosed.
