Green Arrow Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in 55 Mwp portfolio from Lazzari & Lucchini, a company specialized in the construction of plants for the production of energy. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very proud of this investment, GAIF fund’s first in wind energy, as it confirms the Group’s leadership in renewable energy infrastructures as well as its constant commitment to diversifying the portfolio of green energy plants, with the aim of creating shared value in both the short and long term.
