Apax-backed Lutech completed the acquisition of Atos Italia.

Apax-backed Lutech, an Italian provider of IT services and solutions, completed the acquisition of Atos Italia, an Italian subsidiary of Atos, an information technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an important announcement that brings together two major players in the Italian IT market.
