Thoma Bravo-backed Veriforce completed the acquisition of CHAS from Merton.

Thoma Bravo-backed Veriforce, a computer software company, completed the acquisition of CHAS, a compliance management solution provider, from Merton, an outer London borough to the south-west of the capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. "For 30 years, Veriforce has been working with the world's leading companies to make work safer.
