FD Mediagroep, a media company, completed the acquisition of IPE International Publishers, a publisher. Financial terms were not disclosed. “FD Mediagroep through its B2B division FD Business aims to provide need-to-know news and information to institutional investors and pension professionals in the Netherlands.
