FD Mediagroep completed the acquisition of IPE International Publishers.

FD Mediagroep, a media company, completed the acquisition of IPE International Publishers, a publisher. Financial terms were not disclosed. “FD Mediagroep through its B2B division FD Business aims to provide need-to-know news and information to institutional investors and pension professionals in the Netherlands. We intend to become a leading investment and pensions publisher in Europe and the acquisition of IPE is a great fit for our ambitions,” Jeroen van Dijk, FD Mediagroep CFO.
