The Riverside Company-backed Navigate360, a K-12 education services provider completed an investment in Motivating Systems, a provider of behavioral management software to K-12 schools and districts. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to further extend Navigate360 into student wellness and prevention. This combination provides a powerful suite for educators to identify students in need earlier and provides a prescriptive approach to intervention when needed," Loren Schlachet, Riverside Managing Partner.
