The Fedrigoni Group to acquire Papeterie Zuber Rieder.

The Fedrigoni Group, a paper manufacturer of different types of paper for packaging, printing, and graphics, and solutions for the world of self-adhesive materials, agreed to acquire Papeterie Zuber Rieder, a manufacturer of high-end papers for the luxury industry, the wine and spirit labels, and the communication niche markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to announce our intention to acquire Papeterie Zuber Rieder.
