Nassau Financial completed the acquisition of DLNY from Delaware Life Insurance.

Nassau Financial, a financial services company, completed the acquisition of Delaware Life Insurance of New York from Delaware Life Insurance, a provider of annuity and life insurance products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As Nassau’s fourth insurance acquisition, this transaction marks yet another step in our growth plans to expand our New York insurance business.
