AD Ports completed the acquisition of Noatum for €660m.

AD Ports, an integrated portfolio of ports, economic zones, maritime, logistics and digital businesses, completed the acquisition of Noatum, a global integrated logistics platform, for €660m. “Under the direction of our wise leadership, AD Ports Group continues to extend our global footprint through value-adding acquisitions and partnerships with market leaders.
