Stingray Healthcare completed the acquisition of Oncogard.

Stingray Healthcare, an alliance of medical professionals, healthcare managers, and entrepreneurs committed to the support and development of cancer care practices, completed the acquisition of Oncogard, a center for radiotherapy and medical oncology. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The partnership with Stingray strengthens the future development of our centre in a model that allows us doctors to remain involved in the strategic decisions over the long term," Eric Legouffe, Oncogard Managing Director.
