Skill Lync completed the acquisition of Crio.

Skill Lync, a developer of an e-learning platform, completed the acquisition of Crio, a developer of a software development training system. Financial terms were not disclosed. Crio will operate as an independent brand under the Skill-Lync Group. Through the acquisition, both companies are aiming to support over 25k students with relevant job opportunities.
