Omnes Capital completed the investment in HPSolartech.

Omnes Capital, an investment company, completed the investment in HPSolartech, a Swedish PV developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. HP Solartech currently has a growing 1.2GW project pipeline, and the new investment will help the company execute its near-term 1.5GW Independent Power Producer strategy.
