DC Company to acquire Les Éclaireuses.

DC Company, a pure player media group, agreed to acquire Les Éclaireuses, an online platform in France. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition will allow DC Company to weigh a little more in France in the media ecosystem," Geoffrey La Rocca, DC Founder.
