Azimut Libera Impresa, an Italian asset management company engaged in investment activities, completed the acquisition of Next Imaging, a buy-and-build platform in the the imaging and machine vision distribution market, from Ambienta, an environmental sustainability investor across private equity, public markets and private credit.
