Tenex Capital Management completed an investment in Rose Paving.

Tenex Capital Management, a private equity firm, completed an investment in Rose Paving, a provider of parking lot maintenance and rehabilitation solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are extremely pleased to work with Tenex to help accelerate Rose’s growth. In looking for a partner, we sought a group offering more than simply capital, but also operational expertise and a strong cultural fit.
