Warburg Pincus-backed AmericaNet, a Sao Paulo-based ISP, agreed to acquire Link Mais, a smaller provider which serves parts of Sao Paulo, Limeira and Cordeiropolis. Financial terms were not disclosed. So far in 2022 AmericaNet has inked takeover deals for the likes of ByteWeb, New Master Telecom, Mega Fibra, Opyt and ConectCor Telecom.
