AG Insurance, an insurance provider, and BNP Paribas Fortis, a commercial banking institution, completed the acquisition of Touring, a developer of a car repair platform designed to help in quick and easy quotes comparison. Financial terms were not disclosed. “A growing number of people drives electrically.
