Renewability to acquire MAG Abruzzo and MAG Lazio from Marseglia Amaranto Green.

Renewability, a community of renewable energy consumers, agreed to acquire MAG Abruzzo and MAG Lazio, owners of five ready-to-build photovoltaic projects to be built in grid parity for a total of 24MW, from Marseglia Amaranto Green, a company created by the partnership between the Marseglia group and the Amaranto group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
