Synopsis
TA Associates-backed DL Software, a versatile ERP software company, agreed to acquire Openbravo, a Spanish cloud-based software provider, and Cow Hills, a developer of point-of-sale software, from NewPort Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are extremely excited to become part of a larger company ready to help us accelerate on our growth strategy.
