Horizontal Software to acquire SoWeSign.

Horizontal Software, a multi-specialist group dedicated to human resources, agreed to acquire SoWeSign, a software company in La Chevrolière, France. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this acquisition and this new financing, Horizontal Software is asserting itself as a key player in the field of human capital management.
