Loscam China, a provider of pooling and returnable packaging solutions for use in supply chains, agreed to acquire CHEP China, a provider of pallet and automotive pooling operations in mainland China and Hong Kong, for $132m. “This is an exciting and critical development for Loscam and CHEP.
