Safra New York Corporation to acquire Delta National Bank and Trust.

Safra New York Corporation, a company which consists of privately-owned banks, agreed to acquire Delta National Bank and Trust, a private banking and wealth management services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is a strategic extension of Safra National Bank of New York's private banking business both in the United States, and throughout Latin America, where it has been providing premier private banking and financial services to high net-worth clients.
