PION Group to acquire Dreamwork Scandinavia.

PION Group, a provider of employment services to businesses and organizations, agreed to acquire Dreamwork Scandinavia, a provider of consulting, recruitment and executive search services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through the acquisition, we gain access to Dreamworks' innovative expertise in digitization, which will benefit all companies within the PION Group group.
