CBPE-backed The Key Group, a company serves school leaders and trusts across the UK providing authoritative guidance and intuitive tools that support school leadership, agreed to acquire Schools Educational Software, a service provider of a school management information system, from RM, a company providing information technology products and services to educational organisations and establishments, for £16m. “As technology plays an ever greater role in Education, schools and trusts are asking for more advice and guidance on how to benefit from the breadth of solutions available.
