Walt Disney completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in BAMTech from MLS for $900m.

Walt Disney, an entertainment company, completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in BAMTech, a streaming company, from MLS, a professional baseball organization, for $900m. Disney and the sports league had the right to force a buyout of the stake based on its fair market value beginning earlier this year. Disney had bought the National Hockey League’s 10% stake in BAMTech for $350m last year.
