Foxway completed the acquisition of Global Resale from Brightstar Capital Partners.

Foxway, a provider of IT life-cycle management solutions, completed the acquisition of Global Resale, a provider of lifecycle management solutions for technology assets, from Brightstar Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to welcome Global Resale to Foxway. This is a strategic acquisition to strengthen our position within circular tech in Europe.
