Winncare completed the acquisition of Herida Medical from Siparex.

Winncare, a European manufacturer of beds, pressure care products, patient handling equipment, completed the acquisition of Herida Medical, a manufacturer of pressure ulcer management equipment, from Siparex, a French independent private equity investment company.
