Ford Credit completed the acquisition of Pie Insurance.

Ford Credit, an automotive finance company, completed the acquisition of Pie Insurance, an insurance company specializing in small business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Since our founding in 2017, Pie's mission has been to empower small businesses to thrive by making commercial insurance affordable and as easy as pie.
