Johnson Controls completed the acquisition of CDS Integrated Security Systems.

Johnson Controls, a producer of electronics and HVAC equipment, completed the acquisition of CDS Integrated Security Systems, a provider of integrated security solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The transaction represents a significant milestone for the business and provides significant opportunities to CDS to further expand our service offering and customer base.
