Synopsis

Wind Creek, the principal gaming and hospitality enterprise of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, agreed to acquire Magic City Casino, a casino in Miami, Florida. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is pending the approval of the newly formed Florida Gaming Control Commission.
