Carenet Health completed the acquisition of communications solutions business of Stericycle for $45m.

Carenet Health, a provider of healthcare engagement, clinical support, advocacy and 24/7 telehealth solutions, completed the acquisition of communication solutions business of Stericycle, a provider of regulated medical waste management and secure information destruction solutions, for $45m. “The sale of Stericycle Communication Solutions demonstrates our continued commitment to deliver on our portfolio optimization key business priority, marking our eleventh divestiture since 2019.
